RTLS/RTMS Medium-Low Inertia Servo Motors are AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors with the following excellent characteristics, providing reliable support for customers' industrial robots and high-end intelligent equipment:
Industry-leading magnetic circuit design and simulation: Achieves high torque density, extremely low cogging torque, and strong overload capacity. The compact structure is suitable for applications with strict installation dimension requirements.
Customizable winding design: With a maximum rated speed of 10,000 rpm, RTLS/RTMS servo motors offer over 200 standard winding designs and can customize winding speeds according to user needs to meet various demanding application requirements.
Excellent heat dissipation and comprehensive temperature protection: High-grade thermal potting compound inside the servo motor provides high insulation properties while significantly enhancing heat dissipation. Three optional winding temperature sensors ensure the motor is fully protected at all times.
IP66 high protection rating: Using shaft seals, the servo motor achieves an IP66 protection rating—completely dust-tight and resistant to powerful water jets.
High-reliability connectors and prefabricated cables: German-imported cable connectors are durable and rotatable, paired with high-performance prefabricated cables available in standard or highly flexible types.
High-precision feedback encoders: RTLS/RTMS servo motors can be equipped with various encoder types, including single/multi-turn absolute, resolver, and incremental encoders, with the highest precision reaching 12-bit multi-turn and 25-bit single-turn.
Single-connector design (optional): Integrates the power and feedback cables into one connector, eliminating the need for a separate encoder connector.
Voltage compatibility for 220VAC and 380VAC: The motor insulation is designed for an 800VDC DC bus voltage, suitable for grid supplies of 200–250VAC or 380–480VAC, with corresponding winding designs for different voltage classes.
